This luxury cathedral ceilinged cabin has 3 king bedrooms each with 32" smart TVs, w/DVD/VCR players at most and 2 with electric fireplaces for a romantic getaway.

Enjoy the bedroom accommodations tor check-out the queen sleeper sofa - one in front of the fireplace, one futon in the forest wrapped sunroom or the in the second-floor front bedroom. There is also a futon in the loft in addition to the queen bed. Hop in the large hot tub on the covered back deck or enjoy the pool able, arcade game table or foosball table in the game room.

The kitchen has a 21' refrigerator with great ice maker, lots of pots & pans and kitchen gadgets. It is an eat-in kitchen (seats 4) and there is seating for 10 in the large dining room. You will have granite counters in the baths - one with a premier height sink. You will want to come back again and again!
You will find both Keurig and Mr. Coffee style coffee pots, some k-cup pods in different flavors, creamer pods, sugar and sweetener packets, also some snacks to start your stay. There is a basket of beach towels for the hot tub, hand pump soap at each sink, small soap packages, paper towels. 2 new toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap, and dishwasher pods.

The Shagbark Community has a 24/7 manned security gate with a texting system to keep guests aware of safety and helpful community information. You will find 2 common areas available to you at no cost. The meadow pavilion area by the creek has walking trail, dog park, playground, Frisby golf, tether ball, pavilion with picnic tables and a small putting green. Further along N. Clear Fork past the Community Center is the Shagbark swimming pool and large court with tennis, pickle ball, corn hole and basketball with equipment provided.
